ADVANCED DOMESTIC
COMPETITIONS

Once a team has played enough seasons in the development domestic competition, they will then be moved to the Advanced domestic competitions. Some teams will be capable enough to progress directly into this competition straight away rather than progressing through the development competition.

In the Advanced Domestic competition we will introduce ladders and finals for the first time. We will retain rules in place to encourage this emphasis on teaching and development and where required we will communicate with and direct coaches towards this goal.

At the completition  of the season where possible all teams will participate in a finals series. Copetitions will be organised into groups of eight teams where numbers permit. At the conclusion of the season the top four teams will play of for a division one title of that grade, while the bottom four will play off for a division two title.

In constructing the competition in this manner we will acheive the following.

►A more challenging competition structure for teams that are ready.
►The introduction of genuine competition for ladder positions, points etc.
►A competition that will allow teams ready to progress from the
development competition to move to a more challenging environment.
►A competition that will develop players, coaches and referees for higher
    levels of competitions.
►A competitions that will allow Warriors administartors ro move team s
from the development competition when they have developed to an
extent that has outgrown that feeder competition.
►In this competition the Warriors will gurantee two referees per game and
where they fail this guarantee will refund the teams their share of that
    referees cost.
►The Warriors will also guarantee teams a full game where matches are
not commenced before their starting time.
►The Warriors in the last three minutes of the match will  include a fully
timed three minute period where the game clock stops on every umpires
whistle. This will ensure games will be dicedided by the players not the
referees decisions and brinkmanship conducted by either players or
    coaches to waster time.

Teams and players that develop their games both as a team and individual will be ready to progress to both the Warriors VJBL teams and regional competitions. Click on the buttons below to find outabout these competitions.
